Plain old t-shirt.

Material Scissors

Cut the sleeves off but not the stitching. At the end, I cut the sleeves a little lower because it was still a little high.
Step 4 of 6
Cut the neck of the shirt. It depends on how Low you want it.
Step 5 of 6
Cut a 3 in. Slit from the Middle of your shirt and double knot it.
Step 6 of 6
Now you are done!
