How to Make a Fringed Crop Top

The top I started out with didn't work because of the design so, I suggest a shirt with the design higher on the shirt. This is a really good idea for old shirt that are too small or out of style.

Get your shirt (doesn't have to be long sleeved shirt, it's just the only shirt I had at the moment)

Mark where you want to cut with tape

Remove tape

Measure sleeved to desired length , or you could just cut it at the seam and make it a tank top

Fold in half to figure out where to cut the other sleeve

Turn the shirt inside out and cut off the collar

Clean up the cut edges, now on to the fringe part!

You have to pull the end to make the knot tight but don't pull too hard
