Cut felt into one inch strips.

Add some hot glue to hold end of strip together

Add a generous amount to one end of the felt roll-up and start applying to wreath

Make a spiral pattern with the roll-ups

Once complete I use a piece of the black ribbon as a hanger. Just tie a simple knot on top...

Add some glue to the tip of the decor sign

Place the tip of the sign threw the cut part of the ribbon and into the styrofoam. It was a bit  difficult to pierce threw but be somewhat forceful...

With the rest of the black ribbon I made a simple bow then hot glued it to the ribbon hanger. You can always buy a fancy Halloween ribbon for less fuss.

I had some left over felt pieces and stuck them in crevices of the wreath. It's optional.

And there you have it!!! You can add anything besides a sign. Little skulls or a witch doll. Get creative!!!

One tip: Dont use strong glue! It eats through the styrofoam giving you an uneven wreath.
