I used a piece of 8x11 piece of felt that cost me .25
Step 3 of 9
Cut to the desired width.
Step 4 of 9
I doubled it to make it stronger.
Step 5 of 9
For decoration, I measured small spaces and made lines.
Step 6 of 9
I used those lines to hand see the decorative thread.
Step 7 of 9
I cut out circles then Mod Podged the circles together to form a flower.
Step 8 of 9
Step 9 of 9
Sew the flower through the center and through the felt. I used a snap I had lying around to close it.
