Sorry for probable mistakes but I want to share with you delicious Italian recipes! This one is fantastic!

For the base cake you need to separate the white of the egg and put it aside and than egg yolk in a container

Than add the sugar to the yolk and run well until they mix well! Then add the flour and the baking powder and mix well too! Than in another container whipping the whites and then add it to a compound

Mix well until it is very frothy. put it in the oven 180 ยบC (356 ยบF)for 40 minutes!REMEMBER: DO OT OPEN THE OVEN UNTIL 40 MIN OR THE CAKE COLLAPSE. After pulling out the cake from the oven let it cool

Now the lemon cream! Put the complete eggs (2) in a container and mix them, add the sugar and mix too and well! Then add the flour and the milk, finally mix and put it on the stove and mix continually

What is it about Italians and food?! My Italian grandmother lived with us when I was growing up and she always had every burner of the stove occupied with a pot or pan simmering with some delicious soup or sauce or meal. I know I got my love of cooking and food from her, especially Italian food and even her versions of food here in the United States. For example check out my French toast like nana used to make guide. Hi Damiano... Your cake looks soo beautiful! Not to worry about your English, you did a fantastic job going step by step with your recipe. I was raised by an Italian grandfather, he originally came from a little town/village called Sanborno. He did most of the cooking/baking in our family and your cake brings back memories for me. He used to makes something very similar where he would soak the cake and add a lemon and choc filling.
