Gather your supplies.

Take your yellow paper, fold it in half and draw this shape on the folded edge.

Cut it out.

Lay the shape you just cut out on some more yellow paper and trace it.

Cut the tracing out. The folded one will be the back of the card and the other one will be the front. You can choose to trace the shapes twice so that none are folded.

Take your white paper and fold in half. Draw this shape on the folded edge.

Cut it out and it should look like this.

Just cut straight down the folded line to make 2 wings.

We'll paste them on the back of the card later.

Take one of the body shapes and trace it onto black paper. Now draw some stripes on the black paper.

Cut them out and it should look like this.

Now take a piece of black paper, fold it and draw this shape on the folded edge to make the antennas.

Cut it out, place it on another piece of black paper, trace, and cut it out once more.

All of the cutting is done!

Sketch any face on the bee. I just went with some eyes and a mouth.

Go over the face with pen and shade how ever you'd like.

Glue the stripes on top, the antennas behind the head and we'll glue the wings on later.

I actually don't have a stapler right now but you would staple it where I drew the line! ><

After you've stapled it, glue the wings onto the very back of the card.

It should look something like this when you open it. Now write something in it!
