Will have to try the dressing. Looks yummy and brings it to life!

I second that. Home made dressing is far better than any bottle. I like the classic oil, vinegar, lemon, S&P I sometimes like to add feta :)

Looks really good. I haven't used bottled salad dressing in over 10 years - it just tastes strange. It's so easy to make your own, and so much healthier.

If you look under the supplies you will see the amounts used. But it really depends on the size of your veggies. You will probably need to do some adjustment ... I like more honey and I sometimes substitute the balsamic with apple vinegar. There is no wrong or right... Experiment.

How much of each ingredient do you use for the dressing? I have never made my own before.

Try not to add the liquid parts of the tomato as the tomato will dilute the dressing's flavor. This is especially true if you are planning to serve this salad the next day.
