Cut of a piece of thread. I used thread from a Criss Angel Magic Kit so I don't know if any kind of thread will work. Fish line might work but I haven't tried that yet.

Start unraveling the thread. If your using fish line, you can skip to Step 7.

Unravel it until you can barely see it.

Put a tiny piece of clay on one end of the thread.

Stick the clay to the card. Try to blend it in.

If you find that regular thread isn't working or if you are just interested in learning more tricks than you may want to think about buying the whole magic kit. You can get it cheap on Amazon I think.

I used the fish line for another trick when I was a child .. The trick was the currency note (dollar) that folds on its own. It worked fine.
