First, take your black duct tape and cut it to fit your frame if it were a suspender. Belt to shoulder to belt. Mine was 44".

You can use the first strip as a guide for all the others. You will need 4 strips per shoulder. This pic represents one shoulder.

You want to take the four strips and put two side to side, an the other two on the back side, making a suspender that won't stick to your body.

Next, cut two pieces of your yellow duct tape the same size as your black, 44" in my case.

Evenly space them in the middle of your two black suspenders.

Measure your belt size and perform this same process on the belt for the suspenders. Add a couple inches of wiggle room. Tape the belt closed from the inside.

Tape your shoulder straps to the belt from the inside using strips of the black duct tape. Once complete, cut the front of the belt open and add a black duct tape closure.

Open your coveralls. Mine were pretty wrinkled so i put them on tumble in the dryer and moved on.

I took my duct tapes and made a little hazmat target symbol and taped to the hardhat. By then, my coveralls were ready.
