Put your banana and 1 cup of milk in the blender.

Add a heaping spoonful of peanut butter 😊

Now add 2 tea spoons of cocoa or nutella.

Add the protein/flax seed/fiber.. Etc..I added 2 tblsps of flax seed.

One cap full of ice :) you can add more if you need .

Half a spoon of "nutella"..

Blend and done! You can use cinnamon or add whip cream on the top. Chocolate chips would be good too! Do whatcha like do what makes ya happy lol .
