Put your banana and 1 cup of milk in the blender.
Add a heaping spoonful of peanut butter 😊
Now add 2 tea spoons of cocoa or nutella.
Add the protein/flax seed/fiber.. Etc..I added 2 tblsps of flax seed.
One cap full of ice :) you can add more if you need .
I added honey for more sweetness and also the rip off nutella lol.
Half a spoon of "nutella"..
Blend and done! You can use cinnamon or add whip cream on the top. Chocolate chips would be good too! Do whatcha like do what makes ya happy lol .
Sorry if there are any mistakes, I had about 30 mins of sleep last night then had to go to work..so let me know if anything needs to be changed/corrected! Enjoy :). Omg I just almost fell asleep!
