I used a 3 inch square origami paper. It is double-sided (color on both sides) because both sides of paper will show. You can use solid colored printer paper. You will need 8 squares.

You made this look so easy - and with your pictorial it was! Thank you again for your pictorial, I've been wanting to make this, but I was a little apprehensive that I wouldn't be able to do it. And I don't really like watching videos to learn origami. =] - now to show my kids my new toy.
