Cut a thin slice of lemon
Make a cut on one side of the lemon slice
Then simply twist the ends in opposite directions. Then gently stand them up.
Cut the ends off the lemon
Make an incision halfway through the lemon lengthwise.
You can either cut the rind off with a knife, or use your fingers to separate the rind from the meat.
Tightly roll the rind in a roll.
Then cut into thin slices
Use this to decorate dishes or drinks.
Cut both ends off of lemon
Hold lemon between your thumb and middle finger.
With a knife cut around the middle of lemon, cutting to the center of inside only.
Gently twist and pull apart both sides of lemon at the same time.
