The majority of women struggle with weight control. It's a struggle with doctors and specialist always coming out informing is that foods we once thought were healthy aren't. These are my tips.

With this guide I can't guarantee you'll lose a few pounds. The only person who can, is you. However, I am a woman who has put a lot of time researching weight loss tips and methods.

You must keep in mind that weight loss is WORK. You don't just simply change your meal plan do a little exercise and expect the pounds to shed off. You have to WANT it. If not you'll lose motivation.

When we diet we avoid fat like the plague. But this is WRONG. Fat actually helps burn fat! Not to mention it will keep you fuller for longer so that you don't eat more than you need!

Let's go back in time. I'm talking way back. Like hunter and gather time frame in America when only Native Americans inhabited the U.S. Do you think they had McDonald's or Hershey bars? No.

Sure, they ate meat..whenever they could catch and kill it. Which, by the way, wasn't easy! So limit the meat you eat and keep it to lighter meats like chicken and Bambie up here. ;)

The great thing here is that you really don't have to only eat a salad (the dressing is the worst part). You CAN eat great food! Just try to aim for natural food. And little sugar! Some sugar is fine.
