How to Lose 4.5 Lbs in One Day
The moon diet takes advantage of the moon's power to help you cleanse your body and lose weight. On certain days you can lose up to 6 lbs in a single 24-hour period!
This was my weight before this diet (53.8 kg/118.36 lbs) on the April 21st.
After 24 hours-> 51.7kg/113.74 lbs. And can you notice the difference on my ankles and feet? On the previous pic they look swollen and here much healthier and you can clearly see my veins.
Human knowledge and mythology throughout time have spoken of the moon's effect on the earth and the human body.
24-hour Moon diet is a liquid diet, based on the change of the Moon phases - new moon, first quarter, full moon and last quarter.
The 24-hour lunar diet starts, when the Moon enters into one of its four phases, and ends 24 hours later.
During the diet you do not eat, it is recommended only to drink fresh squeezed juice from fruits and vegetables and mineral water. Do not drink coffee, milk or alcohol.
Moon diet releases the body from water hold up and the toxins, accumulated as a result of unhealthy diets, poor digestion and stress.
I'm practicing this diet to 'return back to normal' after a week spent in my parents house or with my friends...It's difficult not to eat for one whole day but once you do it you'll be very satisfied.
I'm not saying you should practice this diet all the time(every week). Do it when you feel 'puffy' and tired, when you see your body 'doesn't agree' with food you are eating.
If you think this is not healthy for you ask yourself about all that unhealthy food you are maybe eating every day. And try to listen to your body. And try to give it a break.
See the Moon phases by date and time in the lunar calendar 2012 and the current phase of the Moon. Just type into Google 'lunar phases 2012' for your country/city.
Dieticians and doctors recommend making a day only with juices, fresh fruits and vegetables, one time every week. Why not to combine this day with the phases of the moon?

Ok guys here are my new results. This was 06/05/2012 in the morning(was full moon) and...
This is my weight this morning on 07/05. So that's 3.08 lbs less. But...:/ I was eating a bit more then it says in the guide. Here is what I ate yesterday...
I blended all this. First time for my lunch, and second time for dinner. Plus I ate 3 apples and 2 oranges in between this meals.
It looked like this.
And :/ I had to prepare this again... Was so cold in here. (Check out my guide 'How to prepare something sweet&healthy in 15 min'). And I drunk around 1.5l of water.
So please try to do this. I wasn't hungry at all, and at the end if you feel hungry you can really stop at any moment.
You shouldn't be eating that second meal I ate coz it has more calories. But I wasn't eating any unhealthy food last week so I really didn't have to detoxicate my body.
So try to do this in any way you think it would be good for you. I feel very good this morning and I'm satisfy with the way my body(belly) looks like.:)
