How to Keep Headphones From Tangling

Realy creative method to keep headphones from tangling. (Sewing simplified) 👌

Step 1 of 8

You need a zipper that matches the lenghth of the headphones and some sewing thread.

Step 2 of 8

Starting with one side of the headset, fold the fabric in half and sew it when the earphone is inside.

Step 3 of 8

Sew the entire lenghth, when you are done it should be like the picture.

Step 4 of 8

Do the same with the other side of the headphones.

Step 5 of 8

When you're done it should look like this. When its closed its really comfortable and the headphones will not tangle.

Step 6 of 8

To use the headphones just open the zipper.

Sanjeev you could use a good fabric glue or wonder web to attach it,or you can buy self adhesive Velcro in different widths now, both are good alternatives to needle and thread but stitches are more permanent. As it won't be washed in a machine the glues/Velcro should last fine. hope that helps!!! :) x

Brilliant! To accommodate the mic you can cut open the cloth. Wish zippers came with Velcro so you don't have to sew!

Just see up to the microphone. Then stop, see the fabric together without the microphone inside, and then continue the same way described here with the cord on top of the microphone. No hassle.

Very good idea...Too much trouble ? Guess u don t use any earphones :) i think earphones make love when u don t look at them, that s why we find em tangled each time :)
