How to Increase Your Dream Jobs on Tiny Tower
First evict all the bitizens you can't put in a dream job. Be ruthless, they'll be happier in the long run. :)
Find a free apartment place.
Move in a new bitizen.
Go to bitizen list and check their dream job. In this case it's Grocery Store.
If you already have 3 job dreams, evict the one with the lowest experience. In this case 7.
Cya.
Place the new bitizen and receive another 2 bux. :)
Return to step 2 and repeat until you run out of bux or have everyone in a dream job. This technique works best if you already have many floors.
