I've chosen to make this dish for my nutrition assignment because I eat this once a week so that I can include a lot of vegetables in my diet. I also decided to have a go at cooking it for my family!
This dish has stacks of iron, calcium, protein, carbohydrates and vitamins!
What I have learnt cooking today is how to prepare and cook food correctly and how much nutritious stuff comes from the food. The final outcome turned out to be very tasty!
