Robin, after looking at your website, I think I know what your after. Kind of a 'master-profile' on your iPads, so that your students can't mess up the settings. Although this isn't something Apple supports natively, it can be done through installing a 'profile'. You can download the program 'iPhone Configuration Utility' from this link: (Apple.com) - http://bit.ly/nGbyKu for Mac, or http://bit.ly/pzXEKJ of you're on a Windows system.
