NOTE: cous cous can sometimes be dry. So You can add soy sauce, more tomatoes, tomato purée, add sweet chilli sauce, hot sauce, add anything that goes with chicken, for more moisture or taste.

Made it tonight, delicious and filling. We didn't need to add anything for added moisture. We did coat the chicken in Moroccan spice before cooking for added flavour.

You can add more tomatoes. You can add tomato purée, you can add water, you could add sweet chilli sauce, hot sauce, you can add anything that goes with chicken.
