Hi guys! Here I'll show to you my plan of losing weight. If you don't have time for exercising(like I don't have it now) you can always try with some diet you find good.

I went to Brazil for 15 days. I was eating everything.But I mean everything!!! I really wanted to try all types of Brazilian food.Most of that food is fried. And there is no low caloric food in there!

I was like a real pig! Not joking. We were eating out a lot. Drinking. But inside the house was noting better. I would eat even when I was feeling really full. Crazy!

I didn't really care if I'm going to put weight coz I know I can lose it easily. And I wanted to create a guide about that as well. What can I do, I just love Snapguide. ;)

So when I came back to Italy I had 54.2kg. My normal weight is 50.5 to 51.kg. I was feeling like a balloon! I'm not joking. Was really strange.

I started my diet with moon diet. (I already created a guide about that). So first day I lost 2kg. I didn't lose 2kg of fat. Was just water in my body which was a consequence of eating unhealthy food.

So my goal was to keep those 52.2 for this week. Coz usually during the week you'll put them back.

But now... It's not that I can lose 3.5 kg just with moon diet and keep it like that. So I have to continue with good food.

So food that I eat now are: eggs, chicken, vegetables like spinach, beans, peas, carrots, onions, peppers and some salad. Very little fruit, I had just few oranges.

Remember NO sugar! Dairy free! No bakery products. No juices. No alcohol.

In one day I'll practice again the moon diet. My goal for the end of the next week is 51.5 kg. Hope I'll reach it.

I really found that dairy products are not good for my body. Sugar is definitely not good. I think that nutrient dense vegetables, meat and eggs are really the best food for me.

Do experiments with yourself, try to find what's not good for you. For example, I love milk and yogurt but I know my body doesn't agree with that. So I just stopped and now I feel much better.

Of course I'm sharing here just my experience. Before every diet you should consult your doctor and find the diet which is good for you.

Update!!!! Here is my new result! Even better than what I expected!

So that's my progress in 8 days 54.2kg-52.2kg-50.7kg! Very good! And what you lose is not just fat. Most of it is a water. You'll look better(my skin looks very clean) and you'll feel better.

And just to tell you what I was eating yesterday was just apples. But I ate around 2kg of apples. :) Now I just need to continue with good food and keep this weight.

It's not like that really. If you take 500 kcal with different food like meat, fruit and butter it will have different effects. If you eat fruits you'll take just carbs and you have to lose those carbs coz if not you'll gain weight. The same thing with butter. If you eat meat you'll take proteins. If you take proteins and you exercise you'll build muscles. If you have more muscles you'll burn more calories so it might seem the same but it's not. So it's not the same if you put on 1kg of muscles and 1kg of fat. Fat is just going to stay there and muscles will contribute you to burn more calories.

Well it still comes to Calorie. You say that you do not eat sugar, milk or flour which means that you eat less calories. And everybody has got different metabolism which is affected by all sort of things, for example: exercise. Therefore you cant say that women are supposed to eat 1600kcal. Since you exercise you probably have a higher metabolism.

:) you are right. Very similar to that, I just eat legumes like beans, peas, peanuts. And wine. And I really find it good. It's very easy, cheap and healthy diet. Now I see all that tasty food like cakes, chips, chocolate in supermarkets like not worth of money coz they really don't give you anything accept the taste which expires after 2 sec.

Sounds like you're onto something like the paleo diet, which is the most sensible type of diet for a human because it's what our species was eating for millions of years before we started farming and life became all about convenience instead of nutrition! Good on you 😊

Allicious If I eat food which I know it's good for me I won't gain them again. But I can't eat any crap food. I always get fat from that. And I get fat very easily of I don't respect my rules. I'll check that guide.

@ Jakob if I say that I would for sure give them very incomplete information. And I think we all know that calories are one of the factors. But absolutely not the only one. I usually take around 2000 - 2500kcal. For women it says that they should take 1600kcal. And I don't get fat. Why? Coz I exercise, I don't eat sugar, milk, flour. All I eat is very clean of bad things. It's not just calorie. Like one kg of fat it's different than 1kg of muscles. So if you gain 1kg of fat you'll look bigger than if you gain 1kg of muscles. That's why you should chose food you eat.

Well, if u lose them quickly, u'll gain them back quickly ! I have an experience with a guide here for Henry Buzz that made me lose 13 lbs (about 6kgs) in 2 months. I dont feel hungry or deprived anymore. Actually, i feel satisfied with the reaults :) Hope u lose those 3 kgs as u want ;)
