DIET is a huge one, try to eat lots of protein and fibers cause they keep you fuller for longer, cut out all sugar and fatty food, it's ok to cheat once a week but not all the time

I'm only 13 but I am an extreme athlete I do basket 4x's a week and tennis 1x and kik-boxing 1x and archery 2x and then I have PE!! Would u think/advise this would be appropriate for my body at such a young age?? I'm not chubby or day at all!! I just want to be as healthy as possible, to same my future frm being destroyed!
