Sausage burgers is okay. We also have pork burgers! They tastes like a mix of bacon and sausage. Makes my mouth water!

Sausage meat from your own pig?? I can't fault it. It's great to know where your food has come from. Far better than the crap they sell in Tesco's. Still recon the they're sausage burgers tho but thats just me.

These are not encased. It's "loose" sausage that was packaged from the slaughter house that we took our pig to. It's what we eat in the country and it's YUM-MIE!

A sausage has a skin, usually a sheeps intestine! Except for hot dogs. These look like burgers to me.
