If you want to flick some one fast and hard..i have my own way to flick more faster than the old flcik hand style,I have more efective way to do it
Many of you do this way.. But i find more efective way to flick.. And more acurate and fast

THIS WAY..put your middle finger above the first finger
Like that
Push the minddle finger downward,and push first finger upward
And add more power when you want to release the middle finger
Release the middle finger and push first finger upward It make it harder
This the result when you practice a lot.. Its more faster and give more pain.. Specially to human skin if you do it fast and hard
