How to Find "Hidden" Characters on the iPad Keyboard
Many special characters are available on the iPad if you know how to find them. Not all keys have these extra characters but many do such as vowels, punctuation and symbols ($).

Many special & accent characters are available on the iPad keyboard. Simply touch and hold a key and any special characters will popup in a small menu. Slide to the one you want and release.
