Keep your room cool and comfy Its easier to sleep that way!
Clear all school books , clothes , everything off your bed. Keep the rest of your room clean too. Your body will most likely feel relaxed!
Do not and i mean it do not go on your electronics every day while in bed. Limit it to 3-4 times a week if nessesary only. You might think that it helps you go to sleep but really it just adds stress!
Wear comfy and baggy clothing It feels great just after a hot shower!
Read a good book Sometimes a reeeeeeaaaaaally boring book might make you nod off. Try reading one of your parents books!😜
Drink a big bowl of your cereal with lots of milk. If you want to you could heat the milk up before you pour it with the cereal. Other snacks that work with me are toasted bagel & butter & choco milk
Close your eyes and relax Sometimes days come where u just cant sleep and thats OK! Try thinking abt fictional places or things that make you relaxed.
When you r finally in bed wth the lights off lie on your back and clench all your muscles up one at a time slowly working through ur body...
Release them one at a time breathing deeply in and out.
Now go on ur belly and do the same thing.
Repeat! R u sleeping yet????
