Press the middle. Press once to play. Press again to pause/stop

Press twice quickly to skip forward to next track.

Press 3 times quickly to skip back to next track.

To fast forward in a song press twice but on the second press hold it down

To rewind press 3 times but hold down on the third press.

Make sure the headphones are proper apple ones. Check if you can pause / play. While do is playing you can easily double tap to skip. Should all be fine. Just need those quick fingers
