If its not Guinness, DON'T DRINK IT! The end.

Step 2 of 11

Ok, ok, there are other beers out there , you say. You're probably right. BUT, in my opinion they pale (haha) in comparison to my BFF, Guinness. I'm a stout lover. I will not be swayed.

Step 3 of 11
Open your Guinness Draught with the magical Widget inside. The Widget makes it have the taste/texture of the Guinness you'd get on draft at your favorite watering hole. *Guinness brand glass optional

Step 4 of 11

The widget has nitrogen inside and when you pop the can open the nitrogen is released into the beer creating the bubbles, which create the creamy white head on your pint of beer.

Step 5 of 11

Chill your Guinness at least 3 hours before drinking it. This will ensure maximum tastiness & satisfaction. Remember, this is no Natty Light. If you drink that swill, leave my guide immediately.😉

Step 6 of 11

Pour at a 45 degree angle and sit back and watch the show. Guinness isn't only tasty, it's beautiful! That dark ruby red goodness gets me every time. It's love.💛

Step 7 of 11
Swoon!!! Just look at that gorgeousness!

Blurry, but the point is: I like to let mine settle and then drink it. Guinness has lots of flavor layers, and they all rock. This is not to be chugged, this is to be savored and appreciated.

Step 9 of 11
I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure that there are ground up magical tasty fairies in this stuff.

Step 10 of 11

I'm a simple girl. This Christmas my husband got me some nice gifts, but the best one? A case of Guinness. That, and a new power tool will win my affection any day.💑

Step 11 of 11

Try it. It may take a few tastings to get you to appreciate it, but I promise you, once you get on board you won't look back.

I totally agree Guinness should be savored slowely. Although I did pound down eight pints of them in a hour once it was enjoyable wish I could remember more of that night though lol.

My favorite Guinness line is: If you can see through it, it's not worth drinking.

Robert- I really made this guide as a joke. In my first slide I say "if it's not Guinness don't drink it, the end". the rest of the stuff I just threw in there for filler. But I do also say how Guinness should be savored slowly. Eh. But really, who doesn't know how to drink a beer? (besides those Natty Light drinkers). :)

Interesting! You need to make the guide then, and why do you guys drink it room temperature? And I hear it tastes different over there?

Ya poured it wrong. You are supposed to do it in 2 parts, half way then let it settle and then top

You should change the title to how to pour a Guinness. There is nothing on how to drink a beer.
