With women's eyes, they are a teardrop shape with a tear duct on the point. Draw a line above the eye to show the eye lid.

Next, add the eyeball inside by making arches on either side of the form from step 1, add the cornea as well (only the basic part of the inner eye)

Next add the iris and pupil, the iris is the dark line around the cornea, and the pupil is the black section on the inside. This eye has a larger cornea that is completely shown, none is hidden.

Next add the highlight and shading in the cornea, darken the pupil, and the tear duct. Every eye has different shading and highlights so you can't get this part wrong!

Next, add the shading for the eye lid, darken the line you made originally, and rub the pencil up and down to create blending.

Now, add stress lines under the eye (we all have them,) the muscle around the tear duct, and define the eyebrow. For the eyebrow, be patient and make individual strokes with the pencil.

Now the eyelashes, these are key in drawing a woman's eye. Most peoria dont like take the time, but in order to make realistic eyelashes, sharpen your pencil and make each eyelash individually.

Make the shadow under the eyelid darker and make the eyelashes thicker towards the eye line. Define the eyebrows and thicken them.

Now for men, the eye is more squared than women's. The eyelid is more angled, and the eyebrows are thicker and lower towards the eye. Also men have more shadow on the eyelid.

Next add the highlight after the basic form. There is less highlight on this eye.

Next shade in the cornea, shade the highlight slightly where it overlaps the pupil. Darken the pupil as well.

Now shade the inner white part of the eye, under the eye, darken the eyebrow (women's are more defined.) also shade the eyelid.

Add the eyelashes, shorter than women's, add less on the bottom and top. Men have long lashes but they don't flip up as much as women so make them shorter to appear as if they r coming out toward you.
