Step 1 of 10

Dampen brush

Step 3 of 10

Draw thick coloured liner and wing it out.

Step 4 of 10

Clean up any fall out

Step 5 of 10

Dampen brush again

Step 6 of 10

Draw a thin black line, wing it out

Step 7 of 10

Clean up the mess you made -.-'

Step 8 of 10

Line top and bottom waterline with a black kohl pencil.

Step 9 of 10

Apply mascara to top and bottom lashes

Step 10 of 10

I love this look. I know practice makes perfect but I find it so difficult to make one wing on my eyes, let alone 2. I'm going to have to try this when I get the spare time. Thanks for the tutorial!
