This isn't my best photography job, but I was sleepy๐Ÿ˜. My mom taught me this trick when I was in HS. I HATED waxing @ plucking. This was her solution! 12 years later still working for me. Any โ“ask!

Some people are really sensitive to Nair products. I can use it on my face but not my legs because they become really sore. Put some Aloe Vera or something for sun burns on your eye brows.

Actually now the puffiness has gone down they look a bit better :/

It's not shaving creme. And here comes this little Mosquito again. Lmao!

Oh my... do you know that using this kind of shaving creams is actually the same thing as literally shaving your eyebrow... hair grows back stronger and thicker... There's nothing better than wax, with time the hair weakens and it hurts a lot less...

Jennifer me too! I'm Italian so hairy is my middle name. Your brows look gorgeous so I think this will make u happy!

It worked great for me. My eyebrows look better than when I get them professionally threaded.

Yay! I'm so happy it worked out for you.

This is a great guide! I went out and got some Sally Hansen face cream that comes with soothing lotion. It worked wonders! I stopped getting waxed a while ago and switched to threading, which is AMAZING, but this is much more convenient and cost effective. Thanks!

@Michelle I just noticed your first comment. Here is a round of applause for you!! ๐Ÿ‘ Thank you

Oh and one more thing for inquiring minds. My brows grow in thicker and fuller. EVERYONE Is different and that is why you proceed with caution. You wouldn't add peanuts to brownies if your allergic just because the directions says to so PLEASE don't hurt yourself trying to save a dime.

@michelle let me know how it goes! 12 years strong with no nasty side effects. The last time I got my brows waxed half my brow was gone so I'm sticking with my crazy different way.

@Make up gal that's a given. Hence my warning at the beginning of the guide. But if you have a make up gal I doubt you need a quick cheap way to do your brows

@makeup_Gal one makeup artist has there thoughts and what ever but don't mean there right when another may think diff. Your comment defeated the point in giving a comment when all she was doing was her guide and tips on how she does painless & safe hair removal with products that are made for the removal of facial hair. And she done it GOOD an her way is grate and is perfect for the people that would rather do this them selfs at home not ever1 can afford a makeup artist to do it for them or go to a salon to get it done your just been negative for no reason oh and been a model don't mean you have the answer!

Missy Pokipoki 7 months ago

๐Ÿ’„makeup_ Gal๐Ÿ’„

Its a good idea but my makeup artist does not recommend doing this, as it can cause skin problems over time and can cause your eyebrows to not grow properly. Sorry if that was harsh. I'm a model myself and I'm just giving advice

That's the Nair I have pictured. I was so relieved when they made that one you're right it burns way less!

I found some Nair especially for the face which works wonderfully and doesnt burn as much as the regular stuff.

Let me know how it goes. You'll probably rid yourself of waxing & shaving for good. That little bottle of Nair last me normally 3 months or longer an I do my brows twice a week.

(author) 7 months ago

Vanessa Powell

Perfect for thick brows and you can find the Nair anywhere Walmart/Target/Walgreens/Rite Aid its almost always by the razors.

Ethel Monique

And would this work on thick brows?

Ethel Monique 7 months ago

Ethel Monique

Wow! Thanks a lot for this! I grow out my hair super fast so im always shaving, this is a perfect solution! Could u find these at walmart though?

Ethel Monique 7 months ago

@Kelly I used to but for some reason it made my brows grow in thinner. I'm already thin haired in the brow area so I find doing it this way allows me to keep some volume. I have a friend w flawless brows and she shaves. I'm not so lucky!

(author) 7 months ago

Vanessa Powell

It sure can Kali. I have never in 12 years gotten it in my eye so it's very possible to do this carefully.

Just be super careful, hair removal cream on your eye can do serious damage.
