How to Do Quick and Easy Party Eye Makeup!
Put primer all over your eyelid
Using an eyeshadow brush, put a sparkly silver eyeshadow all over eyelid
Using another brush, put black eyeshadow on outer half of eyelid... Doesn't matter how messy it looks since you'll blend it all in later
Blend!
Add black eyeliner to top and bottom of eye
Finally add some mascara and youre done! Simple!
