Step 1 of 4
Start in your backbend (if you don't know how check out my guide for them :) ). Take your left hand and place it on the other side of your right hand. Your torso should twist (bottom photo).

Place your left foot on the other side of your right foot so you make a triangle. (above)

Flip your right leg and arm over to return to a bridge.

This is a couple of spirals in a row. These just take some practice and coordination. Good luck!
