How to Do Black Glitter Nails
Nail polish... Base coat, black nail polish, and top coat.
Paint your nails black. You do not need to let them dry. If you do, paint a clear coat or a base coat over them right before you do the glitter.
Black glitter
Pour the glitter in a bowl
Dip your whole nail into the glitter
You may need to dust of your fingers to get the glitter off or use a Q-tip dipped in nail polish.
Finally add a top coat.
