I first put on Nivea moisturizer then cover girl foundation, concelar under the eyes to make them stick out more and for this look some light powder.

Apply eyeshadow that is 3 shades lighter than your skin tone on the lid of the eye all the way up the the eyebrow.

Apply a beige eyeshadow to the crease of the eye.

Choose a color that is a bit darker to your hair to your eyebrows I like to do this by mixing colors.

To make your eyebrows really pop out add white eyeshadow underneath the second part of the eyebrow.

Add eyeliner above the eyelashes.

Add mascara but don't do what I did... Sorry about that :)

Put bright red lipstick on your lips.

Add a bright pink blush to the apple of your checks.

This is what your look will end up looking like! I hope this is very similar to the front cover picture.
