How to Do a Zig Zag Braid
A lot of people have requested this guide, because I know, the other one was confusing..... so here it is! Hope this one is easier to understand
Start with a small strand of hair (if the strand is too thick it won't work).... I pulled the rest of my hair back so u viewers could see it better
Separate into three equal strands
Braid all the way down, not too loose, not too tight
U want to separate the three strands at the bottom, gripping the outer two with your thumb and index finger... Make sure your fingers r not directly touching the middle strand
Slowly bunch up the hair.If it gets stuck early on, either your braid is too tight or you're not gripping the strands correctly.If it gets stuck at the top, that's normal... Just keep pushing it
Slowly bunch DOWN the hair now
Add a hair band to the end and you're done!! U probably don't want to wear the braid like I have it in the guide... That was just for demonstration. U can try many hairstyles with this: my personal
Favorite is this:
Side ponytail with a zig zag braid! If anyone wants a video guide on how to do this (really, it's just zig zag braiding, but making sure to keep it sideways) just tell me and I'll make one..
