Step 1 of 13

This the cutest updo I've ever seen.. simple once you get the hang of it! Have fun..!

Start Dutch brading untill you get in line with your ear. You will be adding pieces from both sides here, like a French braid.

Step 5 of 13

When you get in line wih your ear, start going left.

Step 6 of 13

After reaching the other side, go down and continue French Dutch braiding. After running out of pieces to add, start tugging on sections from the left side of the regular Dutch braid

Step 7 of 13

Like so.

Step 8 of 13

Start wrapping the braid up.

Step 9 of 13

Pin here,

Step 10 of 13

And curl the rest of the hair in and pin.

Thanks! What I ment for French Dutch braiding, is that you add pieces in the sections like a French braid.

Simply Adorable! But isn't the Art of braiding out of Africa? "Dutch and/or Dutch French braiding? I know that the Dutch did colonize parts of Southern Africa, but African women taught the Dutch to braid after the Dutch arrived there. Don't I have this right? Not sure. But whichever, the up-do is simply to die for!
