Cut some lengths of embroidery floss (Make it more than double to length of your wrist)

Tie a knot in it

Spread you floss out

Tape it down onto a flat surface or put it on a clipboard

Grab your first string

Put it over the second string so it looks like a four

Pick up the second string

Tuck the first string under and tighten

Do it a second time

Go across the rest of your strings with the same string

Done

Done it twice across

Keep doing this with the string on the front (front know x2 on each string until you reach the end) do it until your up to the bottm
