Put your cherry tomatoes on a board.
Step 2 of 4
You'll need a serrated knife. I really like victorionox as a brand. Place hand flat on tomatoes.
Step 3 of 4
Slice through middle of tomatoes using a sawing action. Keeping your hand nice and flat and knife straight across!
Step 4 of 4
Use tomatoes as needed! :-)
