Have eye clean of any other makeup
Step 2 of 8
I use LORΓAL HIP Platinum 906. But any sparkly black and shimmer work. And a Bare Minerals brush.
Step 3 of 8
Go over bottom lightly with black.
Step 4 of 8
Apply light coat of silver just above it.
Step 5 of 8
Lightly brush coat of black over top of shimmer to make it slightly darker.
Step 6 of 8
Eyeliner.
Step 7 of 8
Mascara.
Step 8 of 8
