Start off with a base coat to protect your natural nails

Then create semi circles on each of the nails

Then take your black polish and a dotting tool to create large circles on the semi circle

Then create two smaller circles underneath the big circles

Then add an even smaller dot in between the two medium dots

Then create two small white dots in the black eyes

Then add two smaller black dots into the white dots

Add a topcoat and your done!
