How to Create Ocean Blue Wavy Nail Art
Very easy and artistic ! Be creative and use other colour combination !
Gather your supplies. I used: P2 #542 'arctic', Essence #75 'gleam in blue', Essence #53 'you belong to me', Catrice top coat, Essence dotter and Essence nail polish corrector pencil.
Paint your nails with the white nail polish. My white colour has a grey shade so its not totally (snow)white.
Drop 2 little blobs of the dark blue colour on your nail. Like this .
Now drop 2 little blobs of the light blue colour on the dark blue blobs. Like this .
Use your dotter to draw wavy lines over your whole nail. Start from the blobs and draw lines to the other side of your nail.

It should end up like this . Repeat for all your nails.
Use a top coat. Let it dry and you are finished !
