Apply a coat of Mod Podge to the pumpkin, lay the letters on and let dry before adding another layer to seal.

For the glitter, paint the entire pumpkin in Mod Podge then sprinkle glitter and let dry. Once dry, apply another coat of Mod Podge to seal the glitter.
