Step 1 of 10

Gather your supplies. I am using: Catrice #590 'Jade is not my name', Catrice #410 'Pool party at night', Catrice top coat, Essence dotter and Essence nail polish corrector pencil.

Paint your nails with the blue and green nail polish.

Step 3 of 10

Like this .

Step 4 of 10

Drop a blob of the green colour on a piece of paper. Use dotter to dip into it and make dots on the blue nails.

Step 6 of 10

Now drop a blob of the blue colour on a piece of paper. Use dotter to dip into it and make dots on the green nails.

Step 7 of 10

Step 8 of 10

When the dots dried well, start painting your nails with a top coat. Let this part dry very well!

Sorry for late reply! Its like nail polish, but in a pencil. It is very easy to remove any nail polish on your fingers.

I have looked at every make up store and drug store, i ask one of the clerks if they have a nail dotter and they say that they know what that is, but they never carry it in stalk!! So ya
