I like the idea of tweaking recipes cuz there are so many out there that use way way too much sugar, butter and salt etc. I kinda have a natural aversion to making such foods. Thx for the great guide, everyone should strive to be healthy.

I LOVE the spark people app and have been using it daily since mid-May. I've managed to lose over 20 pounds, keep the weight off and still continue to shed the excess pounds with very little efforts just by being more conscious of my food and water intake.
