How to Create a Bright Smokey Eye

I was asked to do this soo long ago and ive finally got round to doing it! Enjoy! xx

Step 1 of 18

Ive already applied my face makeup, so lets get started with the eye makeup!

Step 2 of 18

Apply primer! This is e.l.f.'s pearl eye primer.

Step 3 of 18

Slightly dampen your eyeshadow brush to avoid fall out.

Step 4 of 18

Choose your bright eyeshadow, mine is a bright green pigment from collection 2000.

Step 5 of 18

Pat this onto the center of your lid.

Step 6 of 18

Choose your black eyeshadow.

Step 7 of 18

Only put the black of the tip of the brush for precision.

Step 8 of 18

Roughly apply this to the outer cornet and blend inwards slightly.

Step 9 of 18

Fix this with a wipe. (this may take time)

Step 10 of 18

Now wing the black out with an angled eye brush.

Step 11 of 18

Choose a highlighter..

Step 12 of 18

Highlight the inner corner of your eye.

Step 13 of 18

Line both your upper and lower water line with a black kohl pencil.

Step 14 of 18

Curl your lashes!

Step 15 of 18

Apply mascara to both top and bottom lashes.

Step 16 of 18

And your done!

Save your wipes by dipping 1 end of a qtip into the bag/box your wipes came in. For a minor cleanup i roll qtip across the top wipe, for major cleanup i dip qtip to bottom of pack where the liquid settles. This saves time too since qtips are smaller :)
