Have these things ready: Two pans, strainer, a bowl, spatula, can opener and a knife.

Take out your chicken breast's and cut them. Start heating a large pan. Add sesame oil, teriyaki marinade and sesame seeds. Then add your chicken. Also add salt and pepper. Cook until light brown.

While you wait, grab your can opener and open all your veggies.

Put all of your veggies into the strainer except for your peas and carrots. Those are going to be steamed.

Rinse them out. Get another pan of oil heating. Once it's heated throw your veggies on there. Heat water on another pan for the  peas and carrots. Cover them.

Steam your rice. I decided to cook mine in the microwave so it was still slightly crisp. Again heat a pan of sesame oil. Add the rice and then fry it for 10 minutes. Add more sauce if you want.
