Supplies:shrimp(first wash them ofc)curry,coconut cream,garlic,onion(or red onion ),paprika,lemongrass,galangal(sorry its lil dry),pepper(it's not necessary,but I prefer to have it)
Then chop half from the onion you have again ,like so.get half from your chopped garlic too
Put garlic onion and curry into the shrimp ,mix them good with a lil bit olive oil
Make sure the curry is enough for the shrimp here
Put it in refrigerator for 1 hour or at least 40mins
Warm the pan,then low heat add the olive oil,after 3-5seconds,add onion ,garlic
After 10seconds,add lemongrass ,galangal,pepper
After 5seconds,put the shrimp ,fry it with medium heat
Till the shrimp turns color,then put paprika,add salt,keep fry
Till the paprika is ready,put the coconut cream,add sugar(sugar and coconut cream always make curry tasty),then turn it to high heat,till the coconut cream start to spoil
There you go!hope you like it,i always eat it with rice or spaghetti^^
