You get Maggie coconut milk powder in Asian stores. I don't have the box but try googling it.

I do use fresh coconut and fresh coconut milk but then I use less water. I prefer milk powder - gives it a very smooth texture.

One thing to note is that if you use coconut milk, you shouldn't leave them for another meal. Can't remember why but my mum says it's bad 😊

Hmm... I wash them and wrap in kitchen towel and ziplock them. These are 4 weeks old.

Hey Sorlen....it's got a simple and nice taste to it...but as far as kids go....I can never tell...i have been told its colorful and interesting....and it was eaten by getting the peas first and then the carrots....
