Ok, I did kind of try this recipe, I've used bought pastry as my kitchen is tiny and packed with gadgets (and it's easier too). For the stuffing I've used kale, crumbled feta, breadcrumbs and a whole egg. I've seasoned it with that oregano, sumac and herbs mix, brushed the parcels with olive oil and sprinkled white sesame seeds and Nigella seeds. To avoid wasting the leftover stuffing, I've baked it in an oval ramekin dish. After a while the kale on the top turned crunchy, so I decided to take it all out and spread it on a baking sheet. The pastries and the kale bites turned crunchy and delicious! Thank you again for the recipe. Can't wait to move to a house with a bigger kitchen to try your doughs and your pastries!!!

I love Arabic pastries!!! I'll give it a try, but I'll replace the pomegranate with feta or mozzarella. Spinach goes great with cheese! Great guide again, well done guys! 👏👍
