Tomatoe-egg is called "fan-kie-zchow-dan" in cantonese. This homie dish is always made by my parents (who are chinese) and it's a healthy, easy, and delicious dish.

Crack eggs into bowl and put chopped red onions into hot pan with oil

Put oil and (maybe garlic) and then pour tomatoes in pan with 3 tablespoons of sugar

Pour beat eggs

Stir egg, tomatoe, and onion mixture

Add additional chopped green onions and done!
